I admit, if you&#8217;re like me, you can&#8217;t resist them because we simply love them. You can try both recipes and choose the one you like.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to serve cr\u00eapes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The simplest and accessible to everyone is to sprinkle the <strong> crepes with sugar. <\/strong> Both children and adults enjoy them this way, with just a bit of sugar, and they are just as delicious! However, crepes can be decorated in a variety of ways.<\/p>\n<p>You can top the crepes with<a href=\"https:\/\/gateauetcuisinerachida.com\/en\/easy-strawberry-jam-recipe\/\"><strong> strawberry jam, <\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gateauetcuisinerachida.com\/en\/apricot-jam-recipe\/\">apricot jam,<\/a><\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n<p>You can top them with fruit marmalade, <strong>homemade fruit confit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For those with a sweet tooth,<strong> nutella crepes<\/strong> are the favorite! Place the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the center, and break the eggs into it. Add the salt, vanilla sugar, and either the powdered vanilla or the zest. Pour in a bit of milk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. Whisk well and continue gradually adding the rest of the milk while stirring from the center outward. The batter should be very smooth.. If you still have lumps, you can blend the mixture with an immersion blender. If using butter, melt and add hot after mixing well. Add it a little at a time.<\/p>\n<p>3. Leave the batter to rest for an hour. It will thicken slightly; thin it out with water for very light crepes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Lightly grease your pan with a paper towel coated with a little oil, or use softened butter to grease the pan.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl to cover the entire bottom. Reserve the pan exclusively for crepes. Do not cook anything else on it.<\/p>\n<p>2. Use a silicone spatula to flip the crepes, to avoid scratching the pan with a metal blade. A damaged pan will cause your pancakes to stick.<\/p>\n<p>3. Don&#8217;t cook your crepes over high heat as they should remain soft. Watch the edges closely to ensure they stay flexible and don&#8217;t become brittle.<\/p>\n<p>4. Stack them one on top of the other to keep them soft and moist, or fill and fold them as you go. Your children will enjoy filling them.<\/p>\n<p>5. Place them on a plate and continue cooking your crepes. Spread with Nutella and sprinkle with a few <strong>caramelized chopped almonds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>How to store cr\u00eapes?<\/h2>\n<p>1. Tack them in batches of 6 and place them in freezer bags. You can make cr\u00eapes topped with b\u00e9chamel sauce and stuffed with the filling of your choice. You can make <strong>stuffed crepes with ground meat<\/strong>. Once the <strong>crepes are filled<\/strong>, just bake them in the oven to heat through and melt the cheese.<\/p>\n<p>You can fill them with any <strong>stuffing<\/strong> you use for filling <strong>filo cigars<\/strong>. &nbsp;I love <strong>crepes with chicken and b\u00e9chamel,<\/strong> or <strong>crepes with shrimp and b\u00e9chamel sauce.<\/strong> You can really fill the crepes according to your preferences.
