Children particularly like it with a slice of pizza or a piece of quiche.<\/p>\n<h2>Tips and variants<\/h2>\n<p>Quick and easy to make, this salad is perfect for any occasion. Add 2 teaspoons of salt.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in 250 g of pasta, stirring until the water returns to a boil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 8 to 10 minutes for an al dente texture, the pasta should remain slightly firm. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Let it drain thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix the yogurt with 3 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl, cut some cherry tomatoes. Add a generous spoonful of capers, chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
