In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, almond flour, pinch of salt and spices of your choice.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add the cold butter cubes and work the mixture with your fingertips until it becomes crumbly.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span> You can use a food processor to combine everything into a crumbly mixture.<\/p>\n<p>3. Refrigerate for twenty minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> After this time, preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (356 \u00b0F.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5. Peel and cut the pears into large cubes. If you prepare them in advance, toss them in lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>6. Place in the gratin dishes.<\/p>\n<p>7. Add the chopped chocolate and mix gently.<\/p>\n<p>8. Sprinkle with crumble to cover the entire surface.<\/p>\n<p>9. Bake for around 40 minutes, more or less, until the crumble is golden brown and crisp.<\/p>\n<p>10. Serve warm or hot, on its own or with a scoop of ice cream or chantilly.<\/p>\n<p>Before serving, I added a few dots of melted chocolate for an even more delicious visual effect.<\/p>\n<p><img
