Quick and easy apricot crumble
Crunchy, melting apricot cumble is the super-easy summer dessert that everyone loves. An easy recipe that requires few ingredients and is quick to prepare.

Crumble dough
- 50 g (1.8 oz )brown sugar
- 50 g (1.8 oz) flour
- 50 g (1.8 oz )almond powder (you can substitute flour)
- 50 g (1.8 oz )cold butter
- A pinch of Guérande fleur de sel (optional)
Trim
- 500 g (17.6 oz )apricots (about ten)
- a little brown sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Using your fingertips, combine together all the ingredients until crumbs start to form.
Wash apricots and pat dry. Remove pits and cut into quarters.
Butter gratin dishes and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place the apricot quarters inside.
Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly on top of apricots.
You can add sliced almonds.
Bake for 30 min, more or less, until the crumble is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
You can eat it cold, but beware: the crumble may soften if you leave it to stand for too long.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a quenelle of whipped cream.
