Place the frozen banana slices in the blender bowl.
Add the peaches (washed, with skin), cut into pieces and pitted.
Pour in the lemon juice, add the yogurt, and blend everything.
If the texture is too thick for your liking, add a bit of orange juice or milk to loosen it.
Blend again until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Garnish with a mint leaf and serve well chilled. Enjoy immediately!
