INGREDIENTS
  

  • For 2 large glasses of smoothie
  • 2 bananas sliced and frozen (this gives the creaminess)
  • 2 peaches with skin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 plain or strawberry yogurt pairs very well with peach
  • A little orange juice or milk optional, to adjust the texture

PREPARATION

  • Place the frozen banana slices in the blender bowl.
  • Add the peaches (washed, with skin), cut into pieces and pitted.
  • Pour in the lemon juice, add the yogurt, and blend everything.
  • If the texture is too thick for your liking, add a bit of orange juice or milk to loosen it.
  • Blend again until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf and serve well chilled. Enjoy immediately!
