Dalgona coffee is a whipped coffee that only requires 3 ingredients. It's a kind of homemade cappuccino that has become very trendy and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
For a large glass (multiply by 3 to make the 3 flavors)
2tablespoonsNescafé Classic instant coffee
2tablespoonshot water
2tablespoonssugar

Cocoa powder
Popping chocolate pearlsaccording to your imagination and taste
For the Mocha and Caramel Dalgona Coffee
200mlhot milk(7 oz)
3or 4 caramels
2teaspoonscocoa
For the Classic Dalgona Coffee
200mlcold milk(7 oz)
Few ice cubes
For the Banana Dalgona Coffee
250mlmilk(8.8 oz)
One banana
sugar to taste
Few ice cubes
PREPARATION
The base of Dalgona Coffee
In a mixing bowl, pour the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Mix with a whisk to dissolve everything. Then with an hand mixer, whip until you get a very dense and airy cream.
The mixture lightens as you whip it. You can add 1 teaspoon of hot water to lighten it further while continuing to whip. This cream obtained is called dalgona coffee.
For the Mocha and Caramel Dalgona Coffee
Take 1/3 of the Dalgona coffee cream and add cocoa to it. Mix gently. Put the caramels in a glass and pour the hot milk over them. Cover with the mocha Dalgona. Sprinkle with cocoa. taste it.
For the Classic Dalgona Coffee
Put some ice cubes in a glass, pour the cold milk over them, and put 1/3 of the Dalgona coffee on top. Decorate with cocoa and sparkling chocolate. You can skip the ice cubes and use hot milk instead.
For the Banana Dalgona Coffee
Blend the banana and milk and sweeten if you like. Pour over some ice cubes in a glass and put the rest of the Dalgona on top.
