Smoked salmon Dip for Appetizer

A delicious smoked salmon and ricotta mousse to spread on toast or make canapés for appetizers. This spread will be much appreciated as an appetizer.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 100 g (3.5 oz )smoked salmon flakes
  • 3 large spoonfuls ricotta cheese or more
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 portions Vache Qui Rit cheese or another similar spreadable cheese.

PREPARATION

  • In the blender bowl, mix the smoked salmon flakes, ricotta, and the 2 portions of spreadable cheese (like Vache Qui Rit).
  • Blend and check texture. The mousse should have a good consistency that allows it to be piped. add a little ricotta If needed.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place in a container and store in the refrigerator.
