My name is Rachida, a self-taught pastry and cooking enthusiast. Here I share with you my tried and tested recipes, explained step by step, so that everyone can succeed, whatever their level.

My passion, my story
My passion for pastry-making was born on my son’s 6th birthday. I wanted to bake him a homemade birthday cake, to see his eyes shine with pride. Since then, I’ve never stopped baking.
Over time, baking has become a real pleasure for me, a moment of relaxation and a stress reliever. I can spend hours in my kitchen without seeing the time go by.
My goal? To please myself, to please my loved ones and to help you make beautiful desserts or good dishes to delight your family.
This blog was born when I was sharing my creations on Facebook groups. Soon people were asking me where to find my recipes, if I had a website… That’s how the idea for this blog was born.
I first launched my Facebook page, then this website, and finally my YouTube channel to meet the demands of my community.
The videos complement the written recipes, especially when it comes to explaining the more delicate techniques.
Today: My Facebook page has over 1 million subscribers,
My YouTube channel has surpassed 315,000 subscribers and has been certified,
Above all, every day I receive messages of support and kindness that touch me deeply.
I could never have imagined such an adventure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
