Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
Place the mango pieces with the mint leaves in the blender. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and turmeric. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a mixing bowl. Strain and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, add sparkling water and serve in glasses and carafe. You can also serve directly into the glasses. Pour the desired amount of mango mixture into each glass, add a few ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
You can use a shaker, adding 2 or 3 ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of the mocktail concentrate and stirring well. Pour into glass and top up with sparkling water.
Stir and serve chilled. Garnish glasses with a slice of lemon or orange.
