Ingredients Details
- Mango, take a large, ripe mango that is slightly soft to the touch.
- Lemon, lime juice, but you can use lemon or a mixture of the two.
- Orange, you’ll need freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Turmeric, you can use fresh or powdered, depending on what you have.
- Sugar: I use brown sugar, which adds a little extra flavor. However, you can use white sugar or honey. You can also leave it unsweetened.
- Mint: No mojito is complete without fresh mint, which gives it its distinctive, fresh taste.
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water, take a Perrier-type water or one of your choice.
Preparation steps :

1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
2. Place the mango pieces with the mint leaves in the blender. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and turmeric. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a mixing bowl. Strain and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Before serving, add sparkling water and serve in glasses and carafe. You can also serve directly into the glasses. Pour the desired amount of mango mixture into each glass, add a few ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
You can use a shaker, adding 2 or 3 ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of the mocktail concentrate and stirring well. Pour into glass and top up with sparkling water.
5. Stir and serve chilled. Garnish glasses with a slice of lemon or orange.

- 65 g (2.3 oz) brown sugar
- 15 fresh mint leaves more or less according to taste
- A few ice cubes
- Sparkling water like Perrier to dilute the cocktail
- Orange slices to garnish the glasses
