How to Prepare a Green Detox Juice?
Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Peel the cucumber, kiwi, apple, and ginger. Cut them into small pieces.
Place everything in a blender along with the spinach leaves, celery, lemon juice, orange juice, clementine juice, and a little water.
Blend until smooth.
Note : For an optimal detox effect, it’s best not to add any sugar so you can fully benefit from the natural goodness of this green juice. The vegetables and fruits already provide a subtle sweetness along with plenty of essential nutrients.
However, if the taste feels too strong or slightly acidic, feel free to sweeten it to your liking. Opt for healthier alternatives such as honey, agave syrup, or naturally sweet fruits like banana or dates.
Filter through a fine sieve to collect the juice.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When serving, fill the glasses with the juice and a few ice cubes, then top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
