Creamy and Refreshing Raspberry Smoothie
Looking for a fresh and healthy drink? This raspberry smoothie is one of my all-time favorites. Creamy, fruity, and slightly tart, it delivers a real boost of freshness and vitality. It’s the perfect option for a nutritious breakfast, an afternoon snack, or to cool down after a workout.
At our house, smoothies are part of our routine all year long. Even in winter, my husband never skips his morning smoothie before hitting the gym. That said, a really cold, refreshing smoothie hits differently when the temperature starts to rise! When the heat sets in, all we crave are homemade smoothies, fruity sangria, and ice creams to quench our thirst.
Right now, it’s peak season for strawberries and red berries, so it’s the perfect time to enjoy their full benefits and load up on vitamins. This easy raspberry smoothie recipe comes together in minutes and works beautifully with either fresh or frozen raspberries.
If you’re in need of a quick, tasty, and healthy drink, this smoothie is ideal to enjoy any time of day.
